Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Visit our Service page and Scroll Down. Enter your Confirmation Number into the box. If your order has been shipped, your Tracking # will appear in the upper right hand corner. If your tracking # does not appear, keep in mind that our site updates at the end of each business day. Also bear in mind that it takes 3-5 business days to process and ship out an order, not including weekends and holidays.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship? A: On average 3-5 days. Please see the "Shipping Time" note on our Service Page.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart & inputting your Zip Code. Thiswill be your actual shipping cost when you proceed to checkout unless your order is over $50. All U.S. Orders of $50.00 or more ship for FREE!
Q: I never received an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Notification A: If you do not fill out your email address when you checkout or if you have a typo in your email address, you will not receive our automatic notifications. By filling out your email address upon checkout, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation Number that will allow you to look up the status of your order on our Service Page. You will also receive an automatic email on the day your order ships, giving you a Tracking # for your package. We will NOT solicit you if you fill out your email address when checking out. The only way to receive solicitation emails with sales and news is if you subscribe to our mailing list.
